About the game
Imagine this. You are a polar explorer, equipped with snow-tossing, iceberg-splitting GAS SHOVEL. And you’re stuck on an iceberg with a bunch of cute, albeit helpless, penguins. Buuut there are monsters coming! But they’re not coming for you - lucky for you, you’re not that tasty with your Arctic Heart jacket and boots and beanie hat. In fact, you kind of scare those squirmy critters a lil’ bit!
Still, the penguins… Those poor bastards. You gotta save them, dammit! Here’s hoping the iceberg will eventually drift somewhere nice and pleasant.
Development process
I post updates about the game and how that goes for me on TIGSource forums. Go check it out if you want a peek behind the scenes!
History
It started out as a Ludum Dare jam entry. When the jam was over, though, the little game stayed in my heart. There was something… neat about its simplicity, in its conciseness that I wanted to push further. Couple years had passed, and it was still clawing at the back of my head - begging for attention I couldn’t give it between my job and other obligations. Recently, though, I decided that now, in my burgeoning thirties, is the best opportunity for me to try and make my independent game development dream a reality.
